                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR 
                   ADMINISTRATOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL 
                   SERVICES TO EXECUTE THE LEASE ATTACHED 
                   HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE 
                   OF THE OLD T.B. HOSPITAL BUILDING BETWEEN 
                   THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA AND HAMILTON COUNTY, 
                   AS LESSORS, AND MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, AS 
                   LESSEE.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor or Administrator of the 
       Department of General Services be and is hereby authorized to 
       execute the Lease, attached hereto and incorporated herein by 
       reference, of the old T.B. Hospital building between the City of 
       Chattanooga and Hamilton County, as lessors, and Memorial 
       Hospital, as lessee.
